Will search in the target field for the provided string. FlyHLLAPI only supports the SEARCH_ALL option of HLLAPI, which starts the search at the beginning of the field and searches within the field for the text.
Data String: The string to search for--the search is case-sensitive.
Data Length: ignored unless the STRLEN option is set, in which case it should be the length of the Data String
PS Position: Any position of the field to be searched, including the attribute byte

Data Length: 0=not found, >0=position in the presentation space of the data string
RetCode: WHLLNOFIELD: unformatted PS, WHLLNOTCONNECTED: no active PS
