Flynet Viewer provides the user with two alternative entry field styles: native web browser and terminal emulator.

Since Flynet Viewer delivers its terminal emulation using standard web browsers, you may choose to have your entry fields "native" web browser entry fields.

In Web Browser Mode, the "cursor" becomes a thin line, also known as the "caret" or "insert point".  All keystrokes insert into the current text, unless the text is selected, in which case it is replaced with the next keystroke.

In Terminal Emulator Mode, the cursor is a block that automatically replaces the character it is hovering over on the next keystroke (unless insert mode is on).
