The Trace Viewer requires that Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 be installed.  This is a common requirement for all Flynet Viewer Administration components.

In addition, if any of the Administration applications are to be used on a different machine than the Flynet Viewer Server, the Access data sources across domains security setting must be enabled for the appropriate zone (such as Intranet).  This setting is accessed using the Custom Level button on the Internet Explorer Tools/Internet Settings:
