Some host telnet environments require the SEND-LOCATION handshake be utilized to pass the user's IP address in the case of a proxy or server-based terminal emulation environment.

 

The Flynet FVTerm application supports SEND-LOCATION by default but for a web service environment, the Logon method needs the user's IP address added as a parameter so that this can be initialized appropriately.

 

Set this property to true and the Logon web method and other TaskSession constructors and initializers will be include support for a userLocation parameter and the necessary settings for passing the userLocation to the Telnet host during connection.
