Return whether the current screen is formatted.

HostScreen

 Required. HostScreen object.

 

Remarks

 

READONLY.

 

Returns TRUE if the host screen is formatted.

 

A formatted host screen contains screen attributes. An unformatted screen does not. VT screens are always unformatted.

 

The following list shows the special characters used to support attributes:

]   Plain, protected text, normal display

}   Plain, protected text, bold display

~   Protected text, hidden (can be read by a 3270 program but not visible to user)

[   Input field, normal display

{   Input field, bold display

^   Input field, hidden display (for password entry)
