A Responsive web page has a PageTitle, IslandTitle and PanelTitle options for each Page, Island and Panel, respectively.
Each of these has a setting but if a screen has multiple language variants, it can be desirable to identify that a part of the screen (a label) should be used as the title of the Page, Island or Panel. The BaseCssClass provides this with the options PageTitle, IslandTitle and PanelTitle.
By default, this value is false and the text only will appear in the title of the respective header.
If, however, you wish to have the text appear both in the title and in its location on the page, set this value to true.
