If the field's attributes can change based on host logic, such as a reverse video red for error conditions, set this to true to enable dynamic updating of the field's ScreenCssClass at runtime.
When this property is true, the ScreenCssClass property will only be used as an initialize value and the "real" ScreenCssClass property will be read from the screen each time the UI is displayed.
