How action buttons are published on this composite page--since a Composite page includes multiple screens, each with a set of actions, this selection controls how those actions are defined and generated.
Note that if you have not changed the default for this property, the first time you will see a message box asking if you would like to copy the actions from the last screen defined as a member of the Composite Page. Select yes on this message box to start with a copy of the last screen's actions in the collection editor.
