The Network name of the SharePoint server where the Webpart will be deployed--by specifying a fully qualified name that users will access the SharePoint server with on an ongoing basis, a default value is set in the web part for generated URL's that will match security and domain names at runtime.
This value is generated into the web part and can be changed after generating either in FV Studio (with a regeneration) or in Visual Studio while editing the Web part project.
