This custom collections editor provides the ability to define the actions available for the target Screen definition or TaskScreen.
An "action" will become a number of different programming elements, starting with the user interface element, typically a Button on the web page.
How each ScreenAction in the collection is published in the user interface depends on the hosting page's chosen template, as well as the ActionsAsScript setting.
