Top Adjustment in Pixels when in Absolute Positioning mode--all controls will be shifted down this value (in pixels) from the top of the web page.
This value does not affect pages set to TablePositioning mode in the ControlPositioning property.
Note that you can also set this value to a negative number to shift controls up.
