For Inline tables, when this property is not blank, and the ClickSetsCursor value is set to true, this will be used as the mouse rollover title/tiptext for the column.
If this is blank, the default rollover tiptext depends on the settings for ClickFunctionKeys but by default is "Set Cursor".
