Provides the ability to filter which fields and labels on the subject screen definition will be included when generating the UIScreen web page.
Note that base web pages now have a IncludeFilter property that by default is used unless this property is defined or the UseFieldFiltering property is false.
Since the string syntax for the filter is cryptic and more oriented to efficiency than usability, the Screen Filter Editor should be used, by clicking on the Collection Editor Icon instead of directly editing the filter string itself.
