The Application Details Wizard Panel includes a Property Sheet for those properties relating to the application connection and names.

 

The settings made will be stored in your Application Project, so the next time you use the generator for this Project, the settings from the prior run (if you save your project) will be retained.

 

Note that brief help is provided for each property as you move focus with the mouse.
