Any other TaskScreen with TaskScreen:MandatoryAccess=true

Target ScreenID Navigation Successful

Next state for ScreenID depending on Task:TaskIOType, ScreenDef:NavigationType and other properties.  If TaskScreen:TaskIOType=Navigate Only, the Next State will be the first state for the following TaskScreen in the task.
