If you selected Version 2.0 for the FrameworkVersion property on the Solution Project Configuration Page, the following Message Box will be displayed at the completion of the generation phase:

 

 

To generate the solution, activating the availability of the Web Service(s) click Yes.  Note that if you selected the Desktop Folder creation, you can run the MSBuild utility easily at any time in  the future from links inside the created Desktop folder.
