As the terminal protocol handler finished a print job, the resulting print file was empty--please check that the host actually is creating print under the same circumstances with an existing desktop terminal emulator.
If it is, then you need to contact Inventu Technical support to start a ticket so that you can have the existing print job traced, the problem reproduced and a fix supplied by Inventu.
