When true, a file send is being requested by host logic.

HostConnection
Required. HostConnection object.

Use this property to detect if an wait for a host buffer was triggered due to a host send file transfer being requested from the host. When this value is true, the xferSendFileName contains the name of the newly received file.
After processing the file, set this property to false, which sets some flags that indicate to the emulation service that the file has been processed.
The property is used by the FVTerm web terminal emulator as part of managing file transfers.
