As installed, the macro rights allow any user to record and save private macros. Once the UserID recognition has been configured, each user's macros will be stored in a subfolder with that user's ID as the name of the folder.
If your organization would prefer limiting the authoring of macros to a limited set of users, you can use the Set Macro Authors page to change from "Everyone", which is set using an Asterisk (*), to a list of user ID's:

3.This will display a simple, large entry field, at first with the asterisk:
4.Enter user ID's separated by blanks, tabs or carriage returns, and click Apply to save:
5.You should see a confirmation of a successful change, which will take effect immediately at the server:
