Your Flynet Viewer emulation access can be configured by the product administrators to connect to more than one host with a variety of available "protocols".  A protocol is the set of rules for the interchange of data between two computers.  In the case of common terminals, here are the protocols supported by Flynet Viewer:

Host Computer Type

Available Protocols

IBM Mainframe (from IBM, Amdahl, Hitachi, etc.)

TN3270 / TN3270E

IBM AS400 or I/Series

If your Flynet Viewer server has been configured with more than one host connection, you can set the active host using the Preferences dialogue.
