This sets-up a default Application for FVTerm clients. This will be used if there is no Application= provided in a connection.
When setup, a Screen Definitions XML file must be in the active Inventu Viewer Definitions folder, and also specified using an Application(n) setting.
This will provide recognition of screen names each time a new screen is displayed.
