Supported Values:

The webServicesLevel setting (described in the next section) can only be set by clients when the webServicesControl setting is yes.
When FVTerm is first installed, the webServicesControl setting is "yes" to enable testing in the customer environment to identify the best level for the network, browser and emulation environment.
Once the level has been identified, the webServicesControl setting should be set to no to ensure a consistent environment for client-to-server communications.
