When there is a problem with a session, such as the host unexpectedly dropping the connection, you may see an error message displayed in an "alert" message box.
If you encounter this kind of error please write down the text of the message and contact your server's administrator to pass-on the text. If possible, snapshot the screen with the "PrintScreen" key and embed the image of the screen in a document or e-mail to send to the administrator.
