When a field is part of a multirow FieldMap, the HeadingTipText defines optional text generated into the column header of the standard Flex Gridview list control.
At runtime, when a user moves the mouse to hover over the Heading for this field, the text you enter here will be displayed by the web browser as a description of the column.
