Provides the ability to filter which fields and labels are generated into the base Web Page for the Screen definition.
Since the string syntax for the filter is cryptic and more oriented to efficiency than usability, the Screen Filter Editor should be used, by clicking on the Collection Editor Icon instead of directly editing the filter string itself.
If this screen is included as the base for a UIScreen, that UIScreen's IncludeFilter will take precedence over this filter if defined.
