If, for some strange reason, your host does not honor the TelNet standard of sending a null buffer (no data; zero length) as the indication of "END OF SESSION", check this (true).

Normally, a host will send a zero-length (null) buffer to terminate a connection.  However, there are some applications, buggy or not, which can send an occasional null buffer when the connection is NOT terminating.
