By defining this value, you can set the folder where all macro-related files will reside. This setting is important for load-balanced servers where a user may open sessions on more than one FVTerm server. When multiple servers share the same user base, this setting should point to a data server folder that will always be available even when one of the FVTerm servers is down for any reason.

Note that under the Macros Root Folder will be subfolders named after the host that a user is connected to. This way, in environments with multiple hosts, the macros will be unique to each host.
