The server configuration is managed with registry entries, including Host definitions.
For older servers that started with a Flynet Viewer installation the primary hive is at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Flynet\Viewer
For all newer installations (since 2020) the primary hive is HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Inventu\Viewer
Generally, you only will directly access these settings when instructed by Inventu Support.
