When true, a file has been received from the host and is ready for processing.

Arguments
HostConnection
Required. HostConnection object.
Remarks
READWRITE
Use this property to detect if an wait for a host buffer was triggered due to a host file transfer from the host being complete. When this value is true, the xferReceiveFileName contains the name of the newly received file.
After processing the file, set this property to false, which sets some flags that indicate to the emulation service that the file has been processed.
The property is used by the FVTerm web terminal emulator as part of managing file transfers.
