This property is displayed when the TabActionsGeneration property is set to "Set On This Tab".
The actions you define with this property will be presented on the NotebookTab web page when viewed (rather than the actions from the first screen, which is the default).
It presents the Screen Actions Collection Editor, which is documented for the ScreenActions property of the Screen Definition Object.
