Click back on the "FVTerm" Server Farm to display the available ARR Icons for managing the farm, and click on "Health Test"

Minimum Servers
This is very important for fluid responses to users when all servers are "full" -- set Minimum Servers to 1 so that at least one of the servers will provide the welcome page HTML and javascript. Without this setting, the HTTP error response 502 is sent, with no other information.
