To get started with STunnel, download the STunnel installer for Windows from:
https://www.stunnel.org/downloads.html
Select the "win64-installer.exe" option...note that this is a 32 bit application which runs fine on 64 bit servers but will install to the c:\program files (x86) folder by default.
