The first step in testing is to either start or restart the STunnel service. If it is already started, you need to restart it to activate the changes made in the stunnel.conf in the previous section.
There is also an interactive Windows application that you can start from the Stunnel Bin folder, which is outside the scope of this document.

Once you have added, the access should be demonstrated when the new server is selected:
If instead there is an exception message box displayed, verify that the port was defined correctly, and that the new stunnel.conf file was activated by restarting the STunnel service.
